International cooperation

The Université de Lyon is a consortium of 12 member institutions, including universities, Grandes Écoles and research centers in Lyon and Saint-Étienne. The Université de Lyon represents the second largest center for higher education and research in France, after the Paris metropolitan area. In order to meet the challenges of the 21st century, the member institutions of the Université de Lyon have put international cooperation at the center of their strategy.
