For the sixth year, the mobility programm "Summer Undergraduate International Research Internships" allows undergraduate students from the University of Ottawa to do a research internship in a lab of the Lyon Saint-Etienne site.

Thirteen students are welcomed this year as a part of this program. Thanks to the research trip, the students have the opportunity to develop practical applications and work methods, as well as integrating a team of researchers.

Since the end of April, the students from the University of Ottawa are welcomed by different labs in Lyon: The NeuroMyoGene Institute, the Marc Jeannerod Institute for Cognitive Sciences, the Laboratoire des Génies des Procédés Catalytiques (GPC), the Laboratoire sur les vulnérabilités et l’Innovation dans le Sport (L-VIS), the WAKING labratory (Physiologie intégrée du système d'éveil) of the Centre de Recherche en Neurosciences de Lyon, the Laboratoire des Multimatéraux et Interfaces, the Centre de Recherche en Cancérologie de Lyon, the laboratoire Physiopathologie de l'immunodépression associée aux réponses inflammatoires systémiques (PI3), and the CarMeN labratory. In Saint Etienne, the Hubert Curien labratory also welcomes two students.
